The CLTA/GM Competitive Assistance Program is an exclusive fleet discount for the 2027 model year, payable as an invoice credit. To qualify on a purchase or lease you must be an active CLTA member, show a dated certificate of membership, and hold a current California TCP.
Invoice credits range from $750 on Trax and Envista up to $7,500 on Blazer EV, with $6,000 on LYRIQ, $5,500 on Escalade IQ, and $5,000 on Equinox EV, VISTIQ and Silverado/Sierra EV, plus credits across the Escalade, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Silverado, Sierra, Express and Savana lines.
Vehicles must be titled, licensed and registered to the member, registered in California, and retained for business use principally in the United States for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Give your dealer Processing Code GG3 and FAN 469032 before ordering, along with a dated certificate of membership, a current TCP, and a copy of the new vehicle registration or title application.
