The CLTA/GM Competitive Assistance Program is an exclusive fleet discount, payable as an invoice credit. To qualify on a purchase or lease you must show proof of current-year membership and hold a California TCP.
Invoice credits range from $750 on models such as Trax and Envista up to $7,500 on Blazer EV and BrightDrop, with $5,000 on Equinox EV, $4,000 on LYRIQ and Hummer EV, and credits across the Escalade, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Silverado, Sierra, Express and Savana lines.
Vehicles must be titled, licensed and registered to the member for business use principally in California for a minimum of six months from delivery. Members provide the dealer with a dated certificate of membership, a current TCP, and a copy of the new vehicle registration or title application.
